CEO
Alistair acts as Chief Executive Officer to Integra Private Wealth. He has been involved in the banking and financial investment services for over 30 years covering various posts at Mid-Med Bank, HSBC and Michael N Trading Co Ltd. Alistair covered various roles in finance, banking, marketing, compliance, wealth management and asset management. In 2005 Alistair moved to HSBC International Financial Advisors (Malta) Ltd as Senior Independent Wealth Manager and was appointed European division team leader in 2007. Alistair has been a regulated person with the MFSA since 2000 and is also a member of the National Futures Association in the US and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. Alistair holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Manchester and the International Investment Advice Certificate from the Securities Institute in the UK. Alistair speaks fluent English, Maltese and Italian.
Director
Deborah is a UK qualified solicitor, having qualified with a leading London City practice in 1990. She established her first law firm in 1994 having spent some years with an international oil group and merged it with Howard Kennedy in 2008. She established her own firm again in 2011 and is to date the senior partner of Burlingtons Legal LLP. Burlingtons Legal forms part of Burlingtons Group, a multi-disciplinary international services group. Deborah’s area of specialisation is international mergers and acquisitions. She is married with two adult children and speaks Spanish and French.
Non-Executive Director
Ivan acts as Non-Executive Director to Integra Private Wealth. Ivan has been involved in banking and finance for over 35 years. He started with Bank of Valletta plc and progressed through the bank in a variety of posts. In 1997 Ivan left the bank to start his own private practice as a Certified Public Accountant offering accounting, tax, VAT, corporate services as well as internal audit and compliance consultancy services. Ivan joined Fimbank plc in 2006 as Group Head of Internal Audit, eventually also being appointed as MLRO and Group Chief Risk Officer. In 2015, Ivan went back to private practice and established Ivan Fsadni Advisory, focusing on internal audit, risk management and compliance consultancy and services.Ivan has been a regulated person with the MFSA for a number of years and is also a Fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants and a member of the Institute of Management. Ivan holds the warrant to practice as a Certified Public Accountant and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor.
Non-Executive Director
Adrian is a Financial Services professional with a career spanning over 20 years in the sector. He now holds non-executive directorships and independent investment committee member roles with a number of entities. Adrian was previously CEO for an FX online brokerage business, Portfolio Manager within Asset Management, and Head of Wealth Solutions at Mediterranean Bank plc. He also held varied positions with HSBC Bank in the Wealth Management and Asset Management in Malta, and in the Fund Administration and Custody unit both in Luxembourg and in Malta. Prior to moving into the Financial sector, he spent a number of years in senior management within the manufacturing sector. Adrian is an active member of the Institute of Financial Services Committee in Malta and was a part-time lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, Management and Accountancy at the University of Malta. He holds an MSc in Banking and International Finance from City University Business School (CASS) in London and a BCom (Hons) in Banking and Finance from the University of Malta.
